I was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I am currently majoring in Animation and Visual Effects with an emphasis in 3D Animation. I also have a minor in Mathematics. I am a senior and will hopefully be graduating in May 2011.
I first started majoring in Computer Science. Ever since 3D animated films first started coming out such as Toy Story and Shrek, I had always had an interest in 3D animation. It wasn't until after studying abroad for a year in Japan and the CMI program launching at NMSU that I realized that I wanted to major in animation. Now I am working on what I like to do.
